If DC wanted to lose a good amount of weight in retirement now ... he should definitely focus on getting more wrestling workouts in. Great way to burn calories, and he's already got the collegiate / Olympic-level pedigree from decades back, and he made his debut in pro MMA later in life (he was 30 years old already in Strikeforce) before making his way over to the UFC 4 years later. Those young wrestlers could really be great to train with & teach ... and I already know he's been coaching HS level for years, but keeps a busy schedule with his family and all the travel with his commentary gig.
