What do some of you think about this company? I think they are treated unfairly when it comes to a business standpoint. There is absolutely nothing to substantiate the claims by the media to indict anyone on criminal charges. The law is the law, and I say let these guys live.

A few key points surrounding the company:

The founder of black water is a former Navy Seal who inherited a fortune, along with his sisters, a sum of Billions.

Black water is located in NC.

They secured a contract of $1B dollars I believe in 2005

For every U.S. personnel in Iraq now, there are 100 private contractors in Iraq.

Black waters head quarters is half the size of Manhattan, NY

$145,000 is the most anyone can earn under a 12 month duration.

I got nothing against Blackwater. They are Mercs.. dotn get that twisted. But Mercs are not always a bad thing. The thing with Blackwater is they are High Profile. Any group that's high profile, will face scrutiny.

Yeah, this company has enough money to support the current military force in Iraq. I was shocked when I heard them boys have helicopters in Iraq. But what can you expect with the CEO is a fucking billionaire. I see you are in North Carolina as well. So tell us, what's it been like for the residents?

Mossad? What the fuck is that? I served from 01-05. That's equivalent to 1 tour in Kuwait, a deployment at NTC, and 2 tours in Iraq. I got my DD-214, wheres yours fam? If you have a college degree, then disregard. I respect those who sought education while I was risking my life. Hoorah!

Well Being Ex-Military myself. Blackwater is a place MANY former soldiers head to.
If you are an E-6, a Blackwater check.. just one could equal 6 months pay.
So we have, and I know many former guys/girls from Bragg, Pope, lejeune. who After leaving go right into Merc service. I got out in South Carolina. Was working at IBM and money was good.

So I didn't have a need to go for merc Service.I was communications. To special forces personnel, it's a LARGE pay increase. Travel and Insurance benefits are great for family guys.. better for singles. So for the business of North Carolina, it keeps former soldiers workin.

Oh okay, well I'm glad you didn't have to go back to Iraq to earn a living. I've come to the realization that my whole being on earth is for attention and excitement. If the money's right, I'd risk my life for it. Fort Bragg has a light/airborne infantry station there. I think the military would do our Troops better by giving the combat personnel more money than everyone else. But that's just me and nearly my entire battalion that is over there now.

At least the GI BILL Is $39K and some change come OCT 1st.

First of all, stop swinging on these asshole's dicks, you dumb ass cracker. Secondly, Blackwater is an extra-constitutional right wing crazy-xtian mercenary army. Once the Bush Crime Family is out of power, I'd suspect that most of the people involved with this criminal organization--which is used to commit the kinds of criminal acts the military won't do--will wind up in prison (or mysteriously dead.) ...that is if they don't flee the country.

I don't think that a dime of tax payer money should go to this dubious organization. Every dime spent on these nazi fucktards is a dime that isn't spent equipping our constitutional military.

There are tons of Black-ops and Merc warbands in Africa, and Haiti. Trust.. I used to intercept communiques. There are tons of Merc group out there. Like I said Blackwater is just the most prolific group at the moment.
