Why do I think better and readily available? Have you seen the date and scene, dude? The field is largely polluted by baby mamas. At this age, almost 50, damn we're the best I can hope for is a chick who already has her kids grown. My area SUCKS. Cleveland area. Motherfuckers don't drive, scared to drive on the highway. Farther than 25 minutes may as well be Pennsylvania. I should have been born anywhere but here.

A corporate exec chick in philly has a state ID, not a driver's license..... no interest in driving AT ALL. "Ubers" and metro transit everywhere.

I owe $230,000 on it so I could come up off of a good $180,000 if I sold the house. Problem is I'd have to move somewhere and pay a mortgage somewhere else when the property values at skyrocketed elsewhere.

Depends on where you moving. You can always get a house on VRM properties for cheap, then get a loan to fix it up. It will be paid free and clear except for the remodel. Better to pay for a remodel for 5 years than a mortgage for 30.
