Yes but the parents aren't together and don't seem to get along or agree on this.
It's further complicated by the fact that her underage daughter is likely who will inherit everything but is obviously too young to make any decisions.
not complicated at all, shit like this happens everyday, her kids inherit her estate and the parents get the rights to funeral arrangements, both parents have to agree on the arrangements though.
