Iran already told nations that if they back Trump in this foolish sanctions game ("ECONOMIC D-DAY"), their ships will pass neither the Strait of Hormuz nor the Bab-el-Mandeb strait. That's FORTY PERCENT of global trade. Symbolic threats / gestures of sanctions are meaningless. Iran is getting their war reparations plus substantial new revenue, thanks to this inept Administration fucking around with them by starting a regional war. The writing has BEEN on the wall when Iran secured new business agreements with other nations outside the petro-dollar, at the start of this war when U.S. Bases, radar systems, weapons depots, military installations, etc. were taken out rapidly.
In war, spoils go the the victor. The U.S. is CLEARLY NOT the victor. Tweets don't win wars.
