Maybe my algorhythm is fucked up but I have been hearing people bitch and moan about the "New Bed-Stuy" too much lately and it is old now. Spike was whining years ago.
What Black people can afford to live there with these prices?
My homie bought a four family crib in Prospect Heights which was still considered just Crown Heights in '93 for 160k. He sold it ast year for 2.8 million and moved up to Syracuse which is cheap as fuck to live.
