Trump doesn't know what this means. But for those of us with sense it equals global energy crisis. And once it affects China (which it might not immediately China is closer to energy independence then we are) it will be a complete mess. He's already depleted our energy reserve soooo. Gas and electric prices equal to mortgages could hit us by winter.
