I have no problem with CGI. I just need a good story to accompany it.You're tired of CGI. Odyssey is being released next week.

The Odyssey is the only one I'm planning to see.
And I haven't been to the theater even once this year.Honestly. This has been a really good movie theater season.

I was meaning to see Backrooms but I decided I'd rather see it at home in October. I'm not really interested in horror during the summer. You know what? In all seriousness?
I understand
With all these streaming apps, movie tickets regular price 20+, concession prices, cold/flu/etc., rudeness, theatre and screen quality inconsistent, you buy a digital movie you don't OWN it....
And just being tried from work and stress?
I understand.

Nothing else so far has even tempted me. I'm not interested in The Mandalorian, Moana, Minions, Dune, or Spider-Man. My boys want to see The Odyssey and since I dont get to hang out with them too often, I'm on board.
Honestly, nothing out there is really piquing my interest.
Fam, that's my high school crush Rachel Dratch. How'd you know. lol

I would've loved to see Jodorowski's version of Dune. And while I agree that Villaneuve's Dune isn't a remake, they're really boring.
The first two have been snore fests for me. I don't mind long-winded films by any means but non-action scenes in these films just haven't been very interesting to me honestly. What?!?!?
