2 of these awards didn’t exist when iverson played… they didn’t need to have a midseason competition in order to win back fans when iverson played… they didn’t give mvp awards for being the best player in an conference championship… nobody gave a fuck about a conference championship if your team didn’t win it all.. you don’t see Ewing holding an eastern conference mvp or Reggie miller
