7h ·Time for Donald to hear it! And here's proof: Obama gave Iran sanctions relief in exchange for strict nuclear limits, a massive reduction in enriched uranium, international inspections, and restrictions on future nuclear development.
Trump tore it up. And this is what he got -- after almost a $100 Billion out of pocket bombing them: :
• Allowing Iran to sell oil freely during a 60-day negotiating period.
• Potential access to frozen Iranian assets.
• Phased removal of sanctions if a final agreement is ever reached.
• A possible $300 billion reconstruction and development fund.
• Nuclear inspections.
• Removal or neutralization of enriched uranium.
• A commitment by Iran not to pursue nuclear weapons.
Obama's critics called sanctions relief a giveaway. Trump's proposal appears to include sanctions relief, oil revenue, possible access to frozen assets, and a pathway to hundreds of billions in investment.
Meanwhile, Obama's deal was finalized and implemented. Trump's agreement is reportedly still not final, Iran says it won't be signed on the timeline Trump announced, and the exact terms remain secret.
Obama's deal is better than Trump's. Time to call it out.
