Dr. Claud Anderson: “Obama has been like Clarence Thomas in the White House”

A poster called Malcolm X a “house nigga” the other day. The pro-whites of BGOL have gone mad and will do whatever possible to hold on to white rulership. It is disgusting.
Bro, we have people (ancestors) who have literally laid the blueprint, and have fucking DIED for Black people. And these imbecilic sambos are propping up cacs who have outright shitted on Black people. Who have nothing to offer Black people. But hey, they're "not Trump" right?

I don’t believe these posters here are so-called black natives / Aboriginal Americans. Maybe a few of them but I think most are immigrant grifters. They have to be or filled with self-hate, just like the race-mixers. @KingTaharqa made a good point about them. If they can’t even talk about roots in the south they aren’t us and that is OK but don’t try to undermine what our ancestors did. That is why they have a problem with people talking against their immigrant role models like Obama (white mother and immigrant African father). They can’t relate to our plight. They didn’t have a grandfather or great uncle that got beat down or killed by Neanderthals in Meridian, Mississippi for being a land owner or business owner or know anything about successful black business owners in Durham, NC, they just think about Duke University. Pro-whites like @Dr. Truth / @Dr. Fiction aren’t native so they aren’t us. Even the reparations argument, hypothetically throw that shit out the window for a minute and look at the archives and records that were changed. The majority of us would already be noble if our ancestors didn’t have their assets stolen during Reconstruction and Jim Crow but these sambos and their ancestors weren’t here then so they wouldn’t know about that. If your grandmother or grandfather doesn’t have a story about someone their stealing land or inventions / businesses then you aren’t one of us. That is the trick the Neanderthal plays and that is why people like Dr. Claud Anderson should be lauded as heroes, not politicians put in place to keep us oppressed.

I've always respected Dr. Claud Anderson and still do, but not as much now.

Always easy to sit back and arm chair quarterback.

A black man navigates his way against unbelievable odds to become the President of the white majority racist history USA, without tap dancing, and still gets criticized. Fucking amazing.

Don't talk about unity when you are the divider.

AMEN, I got my President Obama criticisms but some cats never happy... those " if I were President I would.." those them "I let you tell it" cats

Two things -

several so-called black men have “navigated their way“ to become President, with Thomas Jefferson being the first.
2) no so-called black man will EVER be President of United States under the white power structure if they are for their people.

when has becoming a figurehead been admirable?

Will the real Obama please stand up?

I'm not sure exactly what the context was..

I mean I'm not with the man 24/7 I can't confirm or deny any of that...

Personally I don't trust any fuckin politician..priest or preacher..well maybe

A few non oath taking preachers

Who preach truth understanding love and justice over dogma

Post of the year nominee! Still you can’t help but wonder that some people were created to swing from other peoples nutsack. I’ll leave it at that.

Bump!

Obama is stumping in CA to promote the so-called white man while dissing a so-called black man publicly. Between that and lil Nas X, Claud Anderson continues to be proven correct.

Muthafucka ran as the first "black" president, talking bout.. YES WE CAN!!

And then he publicly admonished Black men for not supporting Kamala Harris, but was quiet as hell when white women didn't support her.

whats your point here? when has hillary ever spoken about black men voting?
My point is that Obama knew that Black men are the only group that he could disrespect like that and still have public support. He wouldn’t dare say anything like that about Black women, Latinos or white women. He publicly apologized to the CAC cop when he got it wrong but Black men?

I’m an independent. I’m primarily focused on Black empowerment.

So, what part of black empowerment is looking back to 2009-2017 criticizingthat administration, when currently we're facing the most radical reduction in black voting power since Reconstruction under the current President?

Times are getting ugly, the economy is a dumpster fire...... but there are things we can do currently. Why waste valuable time reflecting on "what could've been," or what the President "didn't do for black people," when we're currently in a historically defining moment?

And I'm not saying President Obama is above criticism..... no one is....

it just seems antithetical to your stance to do that NOW. maybe after the midterms or if the economy begins to recover..... but there is currently a war on black people by this administration.

So obviously voting for the “least evil” has not been effective for us. IMO we need to demand politicians support our empowerment in exchange for our support. Who will be the Democratic presidential candidate? Will he have a track record of clearly supporting Reperations? Nah, it will be “anybody but _____” once again and we will still support him.

what did he get wrong about black men and voting?? wasnt there an upswell in black men complaining about kamala's prosecution record only to be proven wrong? wasnt there an upswell in black men questioning kamala's blackness? wasnt there an upswell in quetioning kamalas qualifications for the position even tho she was vice president literally a heartbeat away from the job just as function of her role as VP?

Those dissenting black male voices got their wish and how is that working out NOW??

As of May 2026, there is no single congressional law that "outlaws" reparations. However, a combination of Executive Orders and recent Supreme Court precedents has created a legal environment that makes race-based reparations nearly impossible to implement without facing immediate "illegal discrimination" lawsuits.

Here is the current landscape of how DEI bans and legal rulings are effectively boxing in the possibility of reparations.

1. The Federal "Ban" (Executive Order 14398)

In March 2026, President Trump signed Executive Order 14398, titled "Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors." While this isn't a permanent act of Congress, it has the force of law for any entity doing business with the government.
  • The Definition: The EO defines "racially discriminatory DEI activities" as any disparate treatment based on race in the allocation of resources or program participation.
  • The Link to Reparations: Because reparations are, by definition, a "deployment of resources" based on race/ethnicity, this order effectively bars federal contractors (including many universities and large corporations) from participating in or funding reparations programs.
  • The Penalty: Companies found engaging in these activities face contract termination and potential prosecution under the False Claims Act.

2. The Supreme Court's "Colorblind" Doctrine

The legal "teeth" behind these bans come from the Supreme Court’s 2023 ruling in Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard. The Court established that:
  • Race cannot be used as a "negative" for others: Since reparations involve a finite amount of public or private money, giving it to one group based on race is increasingly viewed by the courts as a "zero-sum" harm to those excluded.
  • The "Endpoint" Requirement: The Court ruled that race-based programs must have a logical end date. Critics argue reparations for slavery (an event in the past) don't meet the "narrowly tailored" requirements the Court now demands.

3. The "Workaround": Lineage vs. Race

To avoid being "outlawed" by anti-DEI laws, reparations advocates have shifted their strategy. This is why you see a move toward lineage-based eligibility.
  • The Strategy: Instead of saying "all Black Americans," programs (like those proposed in California) specify "descendants of enslaved persons."
  • The Legal Logic: Proponents argue this is a status-based category (like being a veteran), not a race-based one, which might allow it to survive a "DEI ban."
  • The Risk: Opponents are already suing, arguing that "lineage" is just a proxy for "race" and therefore still violates the 14th Amendment.

4. Congressional Action: The "Dismantling DEI Act"

While not yet a passed law in May 2026, there is significant legislative movement on the Dismantling DEI Act. If passed, it would:
  • Permanently codify the ban on race-conscious programs across all federal agencies.
  • Eliminate the "Office of Civil Rights" in various departments that oversee DEI initiatives.
  • Effect on Reparations: It would make the federal study of reparations (H.R. 40) essentially illegal to fund, as it would be classified as a "racially discriminatory activity."

Summary: Is it "Outlawed"?

StatusReality
TechnicallyNo, there is no law that says the word "Reparations is illegal."
PracticallyYes. By banning "disparate treatment based on race," the government has removed the legal machinery required to distribute reparations.
The "Hotseat" PerspectiveAs you noted earlier, this "narrowing" of the law functions as a "workaround" to prevent progress. To the government, it's "restoring merit"; to those in the hotseat, it’s the legal dismantling of a debt before it can be paid.

In short, the legal trap is closing: if you call it "reparations," it's labeled "DEI discrimination"; if you try to make it race-neutral, it fails to address the specific harm done to Black Americans.

NONE of this would have happened under Kamala. You know, she's knows it, and Trump for damn sure knew it.

happy now??

they say if you give a man enough rope, he will hang himself. that's exactly what claude anderson did. i used to listen to him back in the day, just like i used to listen to tariq. and what they said made sense for a while. up until, the the talk about reparations started to gain traction. that's when they all started showing their true colors. i would bet, both him and tariq both lost money trying to do business in africa and that's made them sour.

Its crazy how hard it is to now to find poll breakdowns by race and gender now. Clearly, Black men overwhelmingly supported Harris and white women and Hispanic men supported Trump. The narrative that Black men supported Trump is not supported by any data but was Media BS. Obama owes us an apology.

oh...I'm aware of the percentages...but you cant have it both ways. If you voted for kamala then he wasn't talking to you. If you were actively undermining her candidacy then you get your wish and now reaping the fallout of it.

did YOU personally vote for Kamala or trump or did you sit it out??
