He might be but this is his game. He's a guy who needs the ball in his hands to be dominate. Spurs know this which is why they drafted Harper.
Fox is on borrowed time in SA. Next season he honestly should be the 6th man and start Harper.
Fox is what he is at this point. If the ball not in his hands he's not as effective. But if the ball is in his hands then you get the Sacramento Kings who stunk. I'd let Fox run that second unit and just cook.
