Because they did any and everything else trying to figure out what the fcuk he was talking about. Naturally you'll hop after a roll, but if you can show me this is what I'm doing <roll>, <hop>, <step>. And this is what he wants <roll>, <step>. They aren't mind readers to see how you're picturing it in your head.

I HATE coaches like that! Yelling at me to get it right while I'm drowning isn't gonna make me swim better. Based on the clip once one person did it the next person right after got it too. Goes to show what a visual can do for coaching. Two days wasted because these old, fat fcuks can't show them what they want. Coachable my ass, spend money to get yelled at by lower mid card wrestlers who can't even argue that they even MET their glory days. Prince Albert telling me: "I'm coachable." Yep, this is totally worth the 22% interest loans I took out.

After you roll, when getting back up, don't hop. Both feet should be aligned together, then step forward with your left foot.

Even still fighters WATCH tape of their opponents. When you're in a Jiu-Jitsu class your coach demonstrates how to do something. I am pretty sure that these wrestling schools have trainers that you can work with that will show you how to do a thing.

I think they purposely didn't have any of that to ragebait the audience...and I fell for that shyt!!!
