I wouldn't doubt that. Especially since nuclear bomb BUILDERS from NK visited Iran. Also, the conservative leadership in Iran is gone. IAEA regulation is gone. Iran is way more strategic than targeting civilians (that's a Israeli and U.S sloppy thing), instead opting to target their way of life.
