Vlad keeps making it sound like, Aries Spears got this many views, so this is what he is worth. But that ignores lifetime value. Lifetime value means you don’t just measure what one video made upfront. You look at the value that guest and that content can create over time.
For example, someone may watch an Aries Spears clip, subscribe to VladTV, and then start watching other Vlad interviews later. That subscriber may have come in because of Aries, but now Vlad benefits from that person watching Boosie, TK Kirkland, Charleston White, or whoever else he interviews. That is value Aries helped create, even if it does not show up when you only look at one video’s views.
Then you have the content library value. That’s why he said he would not remove the videos. Old interviews can keep getting searched, recommended, clipped, shared, and monetized for years. Recognizable guests also help feed the algorithm because they keep the channel active and give YouTube more content to recommend. On top of that, repeat guests help build audience loyalty because people start coming back for certain personalities.
That’s why I don’t think Vlad is telling the full story. He’s using views as a single metric because it helps his argument,
in a way he did. but he based it on analytics as long as he can proof that the numbers are right.

What i will say is if aries gets 4k -5k then Boogie may have a point. Because he gets 10times more views. Which technically means he should get 40k to 50k.
OK, now tell me where he goes to find those metrics? Does YouTube break down how many new subscribers a video brings? Does YouTube calculate how many specific views those said subscribers watched? One thing I understand from being in sales is marketing has a lot of fluff. You can angle things 10 differents ways to Sunday, but the bottomline is the bottomline. The most important part and the most reliable metric are the views in this case. Vlad even mentioned that some of the videos get demonetized so does Vlad ask for his money back?
Listen, the internet is democratized. Everybody can do the same as Vlad and build their own following and go straight to the fans. There’s no big corporation gatekeeping like the past. Most importantly is who else is paying those numbers to these individuals for their interviews? If the answer is nobody then they can leave and go make a 100% of nothing.

Vlad is not really getting paid only from one Aries video or one Boosie video. He is getting paid from the total yearly viewership of the channel. So the more content he has, the more chances he has to earn revenue, gain subscribers, get recommended, and keep people inside the VladTV ecosystem
YouTube looks at how much viewership your channel receives per month and not necessarily one video. It is basically revenue sharing

Maybe people will wake up now. Always negotiate a far revenue split to allow use of your Name, image and likeness. Aires does not benefit from appearing on Vlad TV. He is not getting roles or jobs from it. So why give up your name, image and likeness for nothing.

OK, how do you negotiate your value when you can't actually show your value in actual numbers? This is delusional talk. It's like somebody trying to sell their house and saying, I've put a new kitchen, new countertops, floors and I need $___ amount, but the market around says otherwise. You are not the market. The market is the market. If you can't show the specific value or have an alternative to show what you can get then your value is made up. You can do this in almost any market and truth is the same. You don't determine you value, the market does. If you're on the dating and you say your value is up here, but you can't get dates, you are over valuing your worth. Boosie and Aries have value just not what they are estimating and they are playing themselves.

You're wrong, the content is the interaction and Vlad's questioning. He's been doing it for years and is actually a good interviewer. That is lost to lot of people who only see the person being interviewed in the videos so they misconstrue the content as only coming from the person on camera. Tony Yayo going back and forth with Vlad is the best part of his Vlad interviews. His responses to Vlad's questions is what gets the views. It's symbiotic, but Tony can't do with just go to any other interviewer and have the same chemistry. You can keep saying how unfair it is, but there's nothing more fair than doing it yourself and proving your value. Again, there is literally nothing stopping them form doing it if they can so show and prove.
