The funny thing the Celtics sold the #1 pick to the 76ers because they worked out Fultz before the draft and saw he was trash. The Celtics already knew they would pick up tatum because the Lakers were locked into Ball.

Ball had the skill, but it matters in where you go and the player development that's received. And the organization that you go to.
