Staying close to 50 and on his good side has been beneficial for him and afforded him continued opportunities and pay that he otherwise wouldn't have access to.
I'm not saying this is the case but considering 50's documented temperament and funny ways I can't see someone staying close to him this long and tolerating that shit if money wasn't involved.
Just playing devils advocate and Yayo may be 100% loyal no matter what but IMO that money and lifestyle being close to 50 offers is what really keeps him and others loyal.

First your not wrong to be highly skeptical of his true motivations and intentions. I met Yayo and know dudes who hustled around Marvins. He actually loyal like that and remember 50 continued to pay him while he was locked up, gave him hits etc.
So in this specific case?
Yayo EARNED that loyalty BEFORE 50 blew up. And when 50 was down. He was ready to die. It be like that sometimes.
