If you move to another state and that state decides to pay some form of reparations, do you have acces to those funds or will you not get Jack shit cuz you are on record for getting reparations in your last state?

I am in Alabama and we have not heard anything about reparations. Alabama has always ruled with a heavy hand. I will believe it when I finally get some reparations. Anything is better than keep getting issued hell. They gave Jesus death before they would admit that the devil is not superior to God ( blacks ).
That's the issue. Who makes the decision who gets it? In the case the OP posted it clear cut who gets the 25K. But if you want to do reparations nationwide, I think a main obstacle will eligibility.
