I believe it's a family member cause it's just to random and Savannah's a star but not a super srtar and I believe the police/fbi knows this but their playing their part til they have concrete evidence
The whole thing doesn't make sense. It doesn't seem the kidnappers have an exit plan. What happens if Savanah decides to pay the ransom, then what? You're a kidnapper, and you're only asking for well under 10 million. It's a lot of money, but when put in context in terms of the gravity of the situation where the entire FBI is looking for you and won't stop til they find and capture you........it aint enough to be on the run and be evading while covering your tracks for the rest of your life. 10 million won't stretch that far. You would need unlimited resources to avoid capture if the FBI is always looking for you for the rest of your life.
