  • Each pack comes with around 70 wings and 4 sides of ranch for less than $50.

Some Super Bowl snacks are non-negotiable: pizza, dip, and, of course, Buffalo wings. Even if we won’t see Buffalo represented on the field this year (sorry, Bills fans), you’d be hard-pressed to find a watch party without the city’s signature dish on the table.

Wings may be easier and cheaper to make at home, but on a day as busy as Super Bowl Sunday, buying pre-prepared versions is a welcome shortcut. And at Costco, one store-bought solution may be just as affordable as making wings from scratch.

Laura Lamb of @costcohotfinds shared the newest deal at her local warehouse, and it could easily be the MVP of your game day spread. Costco is selling an 8-pound (!) tray of garlic-seasoned party wings for just $5.99 per pound.

Along with 4 sides of ranch, these wings can easily feed a crowd of hungry football fans. A single tray comes with about 70 wings and costs only about $47! Similar party packs at major wing chains can cost twice as much as Costco’s.

Lamb raved about the quality of the ranch dipping sauce and how tender the wings were, even after reheating them in the oven.

Members in the comments were quick to express their excitement. “That’s a great deal for 70 wings,” one Instagram user wrote. Another added, “These are so delicious!! Great snack for the Super Bowl!!”

That being said, other Costco fans had some feedback. Since these are sold pre-cooked and refrigerated, reheating is a must. Members on Instagram insist on air-frying the wings to crisp the skin. (But with nearly six dozen in each container, you’ll probably need to do it in a few batches.)

Other commenters took issue with the seasoning blend—specifically, that it’s not Buffalo. But if you’re a Frank’s RedHot loyalist, the garlic flavor is a great base to level up with butter and hot sauce.

And most notably, members flagged the ratio between wings and ranch. Each tray comes with four small containers of dipping sauce. One Instagram user did the math and pointed out that each cup is meant to accompany 17 wings—clearly, Costco doesn’t know how much we love ranch. That said, buying an extra bottle (or making your own!) is a small price to pay for this major wing deal.

That came across my feed earlier today.

The IG link in my post wouldn't connect..... now that they say garlic seasoned wings it looks like a good deal..... one thing tho, everyone everywhere be stingy as fuck with ranch dressing..... those four little ass containers for 8lbs of wings? Might as well stock up with two or three bottles of Hidden Valley

.

Yeah this shit good.. had some over rice didn’t need nothing else definitely gets a thumbs up from me

When watching the games on Sunday might have to mix this, with some of that Costco chilli, and Mexican shredded cheese over some nacho Doritos chips…. Flavor overload for snowed in sunday

Thanks for this. I’ll go when this storm passes.
Check weekly.....I usually Google their circular on my phone, or look it up on my computer... they eventually always got them on sale.... if it's a spot that you usually go to sign up for their loyalty card, it's free takes about 5 minutes and you get discounts others don't get, all you gotta do is enter your phone # at the register when you check out!

@cocobeauty , I forgot to tell you that when you check for wings, get the loose ones that they pack in bags according to how many pounds you are getting at the butcher counter display case. Same thing with oxtails and goat meat..... and slab bacon if you eat pork.... they almost always have chicken quarters(leg, thigh, back) also large ones for .76cents-.99cents/lb

(stay away from those garbage party wings that they sometimes sell, looking like all the broken wings they got put in a bunch) Same thing with oxtails and goat meat..... and slab bacon if you eat pork.... they almost always have chicken quarters(leg, thigh, back) also large ones for .76cents-.99cents/lb....

Small wings matter when you ordering them at a restaurant and don't want to feel ripped off by the price.. when you making them at home just put more wings on to fill you up
Like with crabs, more small wings means more work pulling them apart, I'd rather have 10 big wings than 15-20 small wings...... I won't fuck with no small crabs neither.... gimme a couple of big dungeoness crabs vs two dozen of those regular sized crabs

Crabs is less meaty in general... More shell than the actual thing you eat.. so I can see you not liking small crabs compared to big crabs
