shit like this really bugs me.
the only meaningful social reforms and policies and progress this country has ever gotten has been because of progressives and largely democrats, and most of what has been lost or taken has been because of the dogged pursuits of right wing conservatives, not to mention progress they've prevented through various means of obstruction. so i never fully understand the both parties are the same shit.
Thailand, Cambodia, and Laos, but not Vietnam.
