Jason Whitlock sends chills down Sage Steele’s spine as he warns about Stephen A. Smith’s possible presidential run.
“Oh my gosh.”
Steele became visibly uncomfortable when Whitlock said that he knew 2.5 years ago that Smith wanted to run for president because he read Smith’s book.
“It’s clear as day. His book is written as a prelude to him running for president,” Whitlock said.
“How would he do if he does [run for president]?” Steele asked — to which Whitlock replied, “I would discount nothing.”
“I would take it very [seriously]. Bob Iger and Disney are some of the most powerful forces on the planet. And Kamala Harris just ran for president and came relatively close… they can pretty much install whoever they want in the presidency.”
When Whitlock said this, Steele could see the bigger picture:
“People forget that Bob Iger was going to run for president in 2020. And he is pretty far left… He would certainly help support Stephen A. get that done. But I think that’s one of the reasons why he keeps getting asked on so many shows is, yes, maybe the Iger influence.”
