Sadly, I have to admit this. I don't think his dirty fight tactics are intentional. I think it's b/c he doesn't have the skill-set and his frustration leads to forearms to the face, etc.

Yeah, Bivol was stalling. Something about injury. Negotiations are in place but nothing official.
