and this only has 6k viewsReal Hip Hop ain't supposed to have a gazillion views, bruh. You thank the Gods for the knowledge and put folks onto game. Y'all act like that Chinese woman and calling on vampires. Y'all want to see Lyor all up in your spot? Not to shit on the younger generation but Gen X represents the epitome of hip hop.
We are just built different.
I know the youngsters still have their swag...and what's hot and trendy to them...but the music was objectivity better in the 90s.

Would you ask Alchemist if he wrote his bars?wonder if he actually wrote this ..?

Your anachronism is off just a bit. Ain't nothing he said in those rhymes that would even rank because you should remember who was putting pen to paper back then. If the mothafucka was nice back then, he wouldn't be on beatmaking — he would be rhyming. His lyrics are only okay today because the slow folks are recording drooling sounds.WTF are you talking about?
If this same video came out in 95, it would have had over a million views by now.
The audience and the audience's taste have changed over time.
I can see some of what you mean but let’s be real, there were some nice producers/DJs on the mic AND doing beats back then.Your anachronism is off just a bit. Pete Rock and Qtip are mediocre?I was born this morning — I don't know what you're talking about.
Post the links of these rhyme-spitting disc jockeys at work. My DNA is forcing me to type that Black Milk out of Detroit is the best to do it from that perspective. Idk. I was born this late last night.
Hyping up mediocre shit ain't Hip Hop.
Give me a Pete Rock bar.Pete Rock and Qtip are mediocre?
The last I read about Capri was a write up where he talked about tearing the clubs down in Alabama and Mississippi. He's working but maybe something got him to get in front of the microphone.was wondering what he was up to havent seem him on twitch dj'in in a good min-...

Biggie ain't coming back. Rakim does his shows with KRS and Chuck every January in Atlantic City. I don't understand how we have mega churches and folks aren't performing there. “We” own those places. If The Green Book days were to return, where would we go?ok makes sense cause 9th wonder wasnt coming on as much either and he also talked about he was taking his fasss auntie lounge dj set's

You're welcome. I love seeing my people drawing on their memories. It feeds my soul.Im gonna have this banger on all day now. It’s in my head for a few hours…

The brother Druski is in a commercial with Zoe Saldana and The Dude. To most of us, that's the dream. Too many of us want to be in Fan Duel commercials not knowing we are more than likely going to live the gambling addiction one.true dat..cause i see that southern party blues chitlin circuit is still alive...
Producers don’t NEED to be nice on the mic. Dre, Timbaland. Erica Sermon, Pharrell could all stay silent, just go in the lab. It’s too many horrible rappers out here with fire beat makers behind them. I just did a Metro Boomin run and all the artists were trash. His beats make careers like the aforementioned. You aren’t writing for Capri in exchange for heat for your album????I can see some of what you mean but let’s be real, there were some nice producers/DJs on the mic AND doing beats back then.
