The Official 2025/2026 NBA Season Thread OKC Thunder NBA Champs Who’s Got Next?

Why are you guys resting everyone tonight?

I haven't seen a Cavs game this season yet.

By,the time I come home from work; it's usually halftime or the second quarter is winding down. I don't be feeling like watching the game. I watch the highlights when I wake up from my nap.
Maybe the Cavs can call the Clippers

What's funny at one point I want him on the Cavs early in his career. I don't want his ass now. He's worst than Garland.

On a serious note.

Yeah he's definitely puzzling and not consistent, on top of being always injured.

Just damn man :smh:

The Cavs and the media have coddled him every since the Cavs drafted him. When it was him and Sexton in the backcourt it Sexton was doing all the work but will get all the blame yet Garland could do no wrong in the local media's eyes. Garland could go 5/17 and they'll say it was a bad game.

Garland was injured before getting drafted by the Cavs but they took him because of potential. You don't draft an injured prone player base on potential especially when he's petrified of the spotlight.

I've always said this but I would have kept Sexton and developed him properly and traded Garland or not drafted him.

They gave Garland a supermax before his rookie contract was up when he's not even the #1 option on this team during and after Sexton's departure. Shit made no sense

Man what the Cavs have done regarding Garland is crazy! The supermax when he's never proven himself is crazy.

I like him, I think he's a good player when he plays. And when he wants to play. He seems like a nice guy which is probably why the local media coddles him. That plus the injuries make them feel sad for him.

And you might not know but many on here know.

According to parlays. If you a player can't guarantee me 15-25 points, 6 rebounds or 4-6 assists depending on their position.

Then they're not a max or supermax player. And with Garland, I never know what to expect so he's definitely not supermax!

Last year Mitchell pissed me off a lot too.

Can the Cavs please trade Darius Garland. The season just started anf he's been injured twice. How long this team going to pacified his guy. He's was supposed to be our Steph Curry yet he's scared to shoot the ball. Then, this guy always does his best Houdini act when it comes to important regular season games and the playoffs.

I've been ready to move on from him for the last four years but somehow the Cavs like him....

:smh: :smh: :smh: :smh::smh::smh:

He damn missed his entire season at Vanderbilt, so it’s not surprising.
