This was a low key hidden pleasure. Absurd but always amused me another season it would have found its footing firmly. No reason to cancel it. Would have killed in streaming binge category.

That’s why people like me don’t watch shows because we don’t want to tune in just to get cancelled. I’ve said it in the past and I’ll say it again. Networks need to adopt to shorter seasons and closure like UK shows and streaming shows do.Damn and Watson too

Funny you got a large segment of the current audience arguing for LONGER episodes and seasons. Shorter breaks between seasons. And if a show drops the whole season at once?
Its immediately flagged as bad.

I had dudes in here saying the audience was WRONG to demand actual start times for movies. Defending the theatres getting paid more for advertising to captive audiences while raising ticket prices.
CBS canxelling everything it ain’t just black led shows though. CBS and other networks have for years been creating all the same content and spinoffs if it’s not from the big bang theory universe or FBI they don’t make it.
I think we know what audiences want though based on what’s successful.

Yeah I saw that but the OG still around ain’t it? I don’t watch the network I just know they have a tendency to stick with spin offs they had a spin off with Tracy Morgan not sure what happened to that.
