Former Turkey Leg Hut co-owner among others arrested, accused in Bar 5015 explosion

Former Turkey Leg Hut owner Lyndell "Lynn" Price is among three people charged for the 2020 explosion of Bar 5015 in Houston's Third Ward, according to federal officials.
During the traffic stop, officers were told Saizon was seen jumping the back fence of Holmes' house.

According to court records, Holmes changed her story to officers and told them she picked up Saizon's mother. Saizon told Holmes he thought a cop passed by and told her to look. When she came back home, she did not know if Saizon had left or was hiding.

Why is Johnathan Saizon charged with aggravated kidnapping?

The backstory:

Saizon is charged with aggravated kidnapping after he is accused of attacking his ex-girlfriend with a tire iron and kidnapping her while he was out on bond for previous charges.

According to his charging documents, Siazon allegedly came by his ex's home to pick up shoes but when she let him in, he forced her into his vehicle. Once she was inside, he physically assaulted her with his fist and with a tire iron repeatedly, documents state.

The ex-girlfriend was held against her will for six hours, according to court records.

Officials say Saizon eventually dropped her off at a Memorial Hermann hospital after she told him she would not call the police.

Fuck them pigs. I ain't doing or helping with police work.

I mean. It sounds like the work was done and they were doing her a courtesy.

If they didn't already have the warrant to specifically go in her home, clearly they could have gotten a new/updated one. Why risk potential damage to your home or worse jail for a man who allegedly beat a woman with a tire iron?

Would you catch a charge for someone like that? Dude was already out on bond for a similar charge, she more than likely already knew that dude was beating chicks etc & still chose to risk her freedom.

Minus maybe my brother or sister I'm not putting my freedom/livelihood on the line to help someone evade the police especially when they are already out on bond for some similar shit.

It started out that way. But then she fucked up and said he wasn’t at her house and that she didn’t know him.

You can be silent but lying will get you in trouble.
yeah, but did she REALLY say that?

and do they have any proof that she DID know him?

To your point, im not doing that for anybody family or not with a known history. Its not so much the police part as much as it being a disgusting act to begin with. If you are talking selling drugs or stealing maybe. But, I'd hope you care about me enough not to bring that to my door regardless of the crime.

I could possibly see if I didn't believe you were capable of the crime. Even then, id probably just give you some money which technically still considered a crime.

The problem with this defense is they are telling you who he is and why they are looking for him. They are also claiming they saw him in the house.

Let's assume dude came with a friend of the family as a plus one. You really don't know them or their history. Even if he gave you a fake name, the office said they believe the suspect was in your home. If you say nobody is there, you are aiding the criminal.

If you just mean they are lying about the events, im just basing this off what's been presented so far.

Maybe i missed it. Did they actually arrest him in her home? If he wasn't actually arrest in the home, that's different to me.

thats not how it works in real life.

i been involved in criminal cases.

if she was at home and lying while he was escaping, they might have a case.

but simply refusing to say anything, then saying aint nobody at my house while youre away?

them charges aint gonna stick.

WTF, did you even read the article?

According to court records, Holmes changed her story to officers and told them she picked up Saizon's mother. Saizon told Holmes he thought a cop passed by and told her to look. When she came back home, she did not know if Saizon had left or was hiding.

"Court records ALLEGE"

:hmm:

you know what an allegation is right?

Something that has to be proven, right?

That sounds like he dimed her out to the cops. How else would they know what he thought or told her?

My dad being a lawyer doesn't make me one so I couldn't say what would stick. Lol

In my mind, wouldn't they just need to prove A you are at least aware of who he is and B are able to put you at the house together. Plus did they say where they stopped her at. If I caught you in the neighborhood, thats a lot different than say pulling you over at the mall an hour later.

I get what you are saying. Her saying no one is there currently technically may not have been a lie. Would they care if he was still there currently or not? I guess you could claim you weren't aware he was on the run or whatever, but it seemed like she claimed not to know him at all. If it made it to a jury, id likely believe she was aware of his crime and that is why she lied.

Helping of any sort is the crime. Its kind of bullshit, but something as small as letting him take a shower is considered wrong i assume.

They caught him in the backyard jumping the fence. she can claim she didn't know anyone was in the yard. He wasn't caught in the house nor seen in the house by the cops.

Instead just reading it here, i just read the article. Someone else already said it, but it sounds like dude snitched

Initially, allegedly she tried to play like she didn't know dude at all. Then changed to she was picking up his mom. The officers initially saw dude in her driveway. They caught him trying to jump the fence in the back yard. Is it possible dude was hiding around her home, yes, but most people aren't likely to believe this.

Not that matters. Dude said, ( article is allegeding) they were sitting in the house. He saw the cops through the window and asked her to take a look. He them attempted to escape through the back yard.

Unless they are incompetent, they went in the house and got more evidence. Probably have her phone too just in case they were communicating.
