As a person that has lots of shoes, that’s ridiculous and too much!
I've got a friend who replaces shoes every 6 months (avid walker and runner). Asked him where he stores them all in his apartment, lol. He gets them slightly refurbished and then sends them home to the Philippines to be donated. He goes home every year in January and packs lighter-weight clothes to be donated (takes up less space in luggage than shoes would).

At work we have a fair bit of independence and down time. About 15 feet to your left of the kitchen there's a 55" Samsung in the common area. Others like to check out the food vloggers. Me ... I'll put on NBA game highlights when I'm doing meal prep.

Agreed. Salt of the earth dude. Helps his mom (87yo) and sister out regularly.
He asked me if I could load up a flashdrive of movies and TV series last year. He bought the flashdrive and gave it to me. Hooked it up with lots of stuff. When he was travelling in France and Morocco in the first quarter of 2025 he bought a bunch of specialty food and snacks for myself and others as gifts.

I think Pippen not going to Chicago might be the most valuable alternate reality in NBA history we could learn from. Both for how much Jordan wins and to prove how elite Pippen really was.

Its the same concept! Bronny isnt that good or just ok at best but hes in the league because of his dad; neither of Giannis brothers are any good at all; but they are in the league because of their brother; same thing...
I mean he did get bronny to play some games when he wasn't ready for the big leagues, bronny should've stayed in college longer instead of trying to rush to the NBA to become a more polished player because he'll never fill his father's shoes and pretty much won't last long in the NBA.
I agree with all that; I was just saying that all these dudes was outraged because they felt like LBJ got Bronny drafted; which he did; but none are outrage with Giannis getting all his brothers in the NBA lol...
The big difference is there was weeks of discussion ahead of the Lakers picking Bronny and it was framed as something they had to do to keep LeBron… This had no build up, came out of nowhere and 95% of basketball fans will never hear about it.

I don't believe Giannis brother got the same attention like bronny, remember the media was all over bronny since high school with his name being in the media which is why it's hard to say it's the same concept.
Yes because Giannis isnt LBJ lol; of course they arent going to get the same attention; and also him and his brothers are overseas! So yea that makes a difference also; the results of both are still the same...
I won't ever compare them both being the same results because it's apples to oranges. Lol.

Also, bronny is set for life, be really don't need to be in the NBA because it's like a hobby to him since he isn't that good.
Meanwhile Giannis and his brother had to make it in the league to feed their families even though Giannis got more power now to say he want his brother on the bench with him.
I feel that but im not looking and or counting pockets from either side; im just saying they both doing and did the same thing for the family!! And to be clear, I dont have a problem either doing it. But one got heat from it and the other, no one has said anything about it...
