You got it wrong. Diddy got sentenced to 50 months. In a federal conviction, you have to do around 85%
85% of 50 months is 42. Now you take 42-14 months served leaves him with 28 months.
With him being a first time offender and Good behavior his is looking at getting out probably as early as next summer

Im slightly conflicted but overall no one should feel bad for him.as they say it's things you've been caught doing and things you've gotten away with. He's unofficially sitting down for the things he's gotten away with.
Without knowing the official charges and how it's defined. Going to prison for paying for sex workers is a little much. Now you'll have people who don't have Puff's resources potentially doing similar time due to sentencing precedent.
This doesn't account for other programs that can reduce his sentence like the drug program he's already entered and completed.

Also, remember they're going to appeal the shit out if this and I wouldn't be surprised to see the entire verdict or the sentence rejected by and appeals court.

No doubt but I'd expect that date to change as he works the programs available to him in the next year or so.
