Official 2025 NFL Discussion!!!

Imma keep it a buck. Two things let me know I wasn’t built to play offense in football. I never played anyway but still…

1. I had a College QB throw me a bullet when I was a freshman in high school. My stomach was in my ass :hmm:

2. My best friend gotdamn hit me with a Goldberg Spear tackle in a game of back yard football. He was smaller than me but lifted me off my gotdamn feet. Hell nah.

As a receiver, I didn't start wearing gloves until I played ball in the Army. Our QB was a Michigan dropout. He joined to get more tuition money. I mainly use my hands to catch, as opposed to letting the ball hit my body. Since I was WR1, I got most of the plays in practice. After the 2nd practice, I started wearing gloves. My hands were a shade of red I didn't know existed!

I had my reality check in basketball…..in high school I was top 3 at our school…..faced Lincoln and I wasn’t even big enough to be the point guard. Had me guarding a 7 footer on the block.

I’m with you on offense I’ll hit hit different lol.

Next month, Grambling State University and Jackson State University will bring the spirit of Historically Black Universities (HBCUs) to Allegiant Stadium for the inaugural Las Vegas HBCU Classic at the venue. The initiative, set to empower the legacies of HBCUs, is spearheaded by Sandra Douglass Morgan, the President of the Las Vegas Raiders.

As the first Black and Asian woman to serve as an NFL team president, Morgan is excited to continue the Raiders’ history of breaking the mold and setting new precedents.
