Ice is weakest link, but he isn't going anywhere. People don't like Flip ,but he brings the energy to the group and provide the behind the scenes views. Next up would be Ish. Unlike Ice, Ish can make it on his own or other pods are likely to pick him up. As of late, he isn't really performing either. Id go Ish at the moment.
Id probably have 2 teams. Main pod and Patreon. Right now they could argue it's too many people. Keeping to 3/4 people let's you see who is working. Also, id pay Main pod more as incentive to perform.
How I miss this?

To me, ice isn't a coon. At least nothing has really stood out. I don't know that he's a nerd either. Like most of us, he's just a regular citizen/civilian. Ish's behavior/takes are more questionable. Ice is similar to Mal. Ice tries too hard to be different. I would need clear examples before I put that label on anyone.
Why did you have to go and make me serious this out....Ive discussed Target in the real world and we all should particularly with our kids who are old enough to understand.
So you boycott Target, but where is this energy ( not you specifically) for the NFL which has consistantly done beyond questionable things. Oh they get a pass because they paid a respected rapper to keep everyone in line. Only to allow a moment of silence for a clear racist. Is Jay-Z a coon? Did you get rid of Disney +, Hulu or ESPN? It looks like Jimmy Kimmel may have won. I wouldn't consider that a win for the country or Black people unless this type of thing never happens again. Disney loss 3 or 4 billion, but we haven't seen any changes with companies at large. They are still acting out of fear of the current administration allegedly. Yes there are also companies who are happily aligned with the administration and were never truly interested in DEI.
Being Black doesn't mean we have to align on every path. Potentially, Target like Disney is a victim of the current administration. The root cause or at least the focus should be the administration; not necessarily individual companies. Otherwise, more companies genuine or not will be targeted. Im not telling anyone not to boycott or it's wrong to do so. Also, im not on some it's nothing we can do or on some tangible rhetoric talk. Its just not something i personally agree with.

Ice sounded stupid. You don't do it with anyone else. What? Rap is different than R&B. If you know who wrote and produced it you give them credit. Mentioning the writer is just like mentioning the producer.
