Official 2025 NFL Discussion!!!

I don't see no difference this year of the bills going to the playoffs again. I'm not throwing shade. Y'all didn't make changes with the coaching and seem to be the same team like last year. Now, I could be wrong if they make it to the SB. We'll see.
Coaching is the same but the situation here reminds of Pittsburgh/Bill Cowher. McDermott, love or hate him, is one of the more successful coaches in franchise history. It's our defense that has let us down.

BILLS issues on defense has always been injuries towards the end of the season

Our Defense isn't near mid season form yet. Oliver missed the last two games due to injury and Mr. Glass Matt Milano missed half the Jets game and the whole Dolphin game and 1st round pick Max Hairston missed half of training camp due to injury and should be back soon.

In the Off-season, my BILLS signed defensive end Joey Bosa, defensive end Michael Hoecht, and defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi.

Hoecht and Ogunjobi are suspended for 2 more games after next Sunday but Bosa has looked really good this year.

We still have questions at safety but good thing is, our schedule is light. I expect us to make a trade at the deadline to shore up our secondary.

@darth frosty - I think the GOAT did it again with Muhammad

1 year deal under $2 millon and tied for 5th in sacks in the league.....I think Detroit found their #2 Edge rusher

Why are they making this a thing? He gave him words of encouragement like you suppose to do.

I think it's because he was talking to him like he was Tom Brady or Drew Brees. He had been in the league for one year.

When he's still obviously trying to figure out the NFL himself :dunno:

I don't care because like everything it was used last year to belittle Caleb, so it's turned around and been reversed

I don't feel sorry for him. The Bungles wanted to draft Sewell, but Joe yelled and fought for them to draft Chase. When he was asked about it, he said, "We'll figure it out.". Okay, figure it out.

I don’t know man Chase the best receiver in the league. I’m with Joe on this one. Sewell a beast though.

Chase is the last player that should be questioned, it's a whole lot other draft picks from the Bengals that can be questioned though. Dallas rebuilt their offensive line in about two NFL drafts.

Meanwhile Cincinatti has so many flaws on defense and on the offensive line.

They should have been trading down and trying to amass as many draft picks as possible to make up for how much they pay Higgins, Chase and Burrow.

Jalen Hurts told Pam Oliver on Fox they have to stop playing not to lose and be aggressive like they were in the second half.Nick Sirianni: “Our guys did everything they could do to scratch claw and win that game. I think it goes back to the, what I said with A.J., what we talked about all week, what Jalen talked about, what Kevin talked about, particularly in that offensive meeting. When you are good on offense, I know I've said this to you guys a bunch, when you got the guys that we have on offense, you're going to see and you're explosive in different ways. You're going to see stuff that you don't see on tape. What we said all week, particularly Jalen and Kevin, and I thought that this as well was, we're the offense. We have to be in this mode of attacking, and that’s what our mindset was. Obviously, the first half didn't play out that way for multiple different reasons. But I think that's, you guys can ask them, but I think that's what Jalen's saying there. I think that's what A.J.'s saying here. But what I definitely felt from our team is there was this supreme confidence, especially as we started to chip away. You know, we had a bad first half, then that second half starts like, ‘All right, let's go.” Here, we regroup, let's go, and it got worse, right? It got worse. But then, all I saw was a team doing everything they could do to find a way to win this game. I'm just so proud of the guys of how hard they worked, how they just kept getting back up, because we talked about how the second half started, but then it wasn't like, stop, score, stop, score, stop, score. There was a little bit of that, but there was stop, score. Then, they drive a field goal block. Alright, boom, we drive, turnover on downs, right? There was still this adversity in there because it didn't happen just like that. All I saw as a team is just kept getting back. All I saw from our team and our coaches was guys just continuing to fight, getting back up, and shoot that ball could have bounced a different way yesterday and we could have very easily lost that game. Hats off to the Rams, that's a good football team. But I just saw our guys continue to fight over and over again. Now again, we have a lot to clean up. Like we can't play that way and win consistently. So, we got in there today, that was the mood of the whole thing, right? And I told you guys this yesterday. Yeah, we're going to celebrate like crazy on Sunday, but tomorrow we're going to tell each other the truth and get back at it. That’s what today was all about.”
