Pretty much business as usual, but when the discussions come up, you have those who defend Kirk on the basis that he was a Christian (and against the 'alphabet mafia's, anti-abortion), and you have those who didn't like how he went out, but are largely indifferent/critical to what he espoused/stood for. Afaik nobody's been fired or any of that over comments they made online, however there's still a bit of a chilling effect around it, because they want to avoid any scrutiny regarding travel/visas etc, especially since the U.S has made it clear that you'll be expected to let them scrutinize your social media if you're applying for a Visa.
