Official 2025 NFL Discussion!!!

Whose their backup?

That would be 1 hell of a wasted first round draft pick to only start him 20 games.. I think he finishes the season and fig out what they gonna do with him next yr
Ben Johnson doesnt seem like he is going to have alot of patience with Caleb Williams and the Bears face a tough schedule

Carolina did it with Bryce. Sit him down a bit and let him watch and then bring him back in when ready. I don’t think Caleb playing bad enough to bench though. If Herbert and Trevor Lawrence can get years to develop the should show Caleb that same grace.

Jalen Hurts is the greatest game manager ever. If he has to throw too much, his team is going to lose. He's elite in making the, "right", play.

I think he learned in college when he got benched for Tua that he was doing too much. Now he does whatever it takes for the team to win. There has never been a more selfless QB. He doesn't care about his stats. He only cares about winning.

This is great for him but AJ and to a lesser extent, Devonta & Saquon, now that they sacrificed for a chip, they want their stats. I can see AJ being a problem if he's not getting his touches, especially if they don't win this year complaining to a point where they have to trade him.
I agree on all of this. Everybody stats gotta sacrifice if you want to win. Anybody who can’t buy in to that shit I’d ship them out.

Bryce made that backup have a “car accident “ and got his starting position back.. I like pushing Bryce as the babyface killer.. take my spot from me and I’ll take your life

I keep saying that if you want them to stop running it, fuck Hurts up every time they do. They are literally giving you free running shots on their QB.

You fuck him up good one or two times and they'll stop.
They do allow Hurts too much freedom. NFL ain’t nasty no more. The one time you can tear a QB up and they just let him go free.

Y'all with this false start shit is funny as fuck, before it was nobody could stop it, now it false starts.

Y'all need to pick a side and stay there.

Also, that's why players be trying to hurt hurts because they can't tackle him legally with him being built like a tank.
Two things can true at the same time. You do realize that, right ?

The problem for the skill players is when it's time to get their next contracts, there will be no "system" recalibration to reward them. Teams will look at their stats,

AJ Brown is not even considered among the top WRs anymore, even though by talent he still is.

Also, in his defense, he went from one run heavy team to another. I understand his frustration.

This is exactly what's wrong with football fans now.

Why does Colin's opinion matter more than anyone elses?

How many plays do you think he actually watched of the game?

These dudes just repeat the same shit over and over that they hear from other people who don't actually watch the games.

But nobody was saying that last year.

You do realize that, right?
They were, you just couldn't hear it inside your bubble. In fact, they were saying it the year before that as well . When it came to trying to outlaw it, the rules committee brought up that stupid safety issue, which didn't make sense. Shit, if my team was great at it, I'd want to keep it too, but I'm not a blind loyalist. They're clearly firing off the line before the snap. If you can't see that, then there's no need for further discussion.

Stop crying, y'all can't stop him but want to hurt him..

Same dudes who try to ban the tush push but weren't successful and some of y'all wanted it banned too.

This shit is funny indeed.

Too bad, then they should've banned it.

Also, there were a lot of former players who wanted the tush push to stay because the committee was saying that it caused injuries which they had no proof of. That's basically why they tried to ban it last year but didn't get enough votes.

I also find it funny that there's always some excuse about this tush push with my eagles being the team being talked about the most because other teams haven't been successful at it but there's teams who have used it more than my eagles.
