The US is setting up a pre-text for regime change in Venezuela, that's reason. Remember, Venezuela has one of the largest oil deposits in the world; the the US frothing at the mouth for Venezuela's oil.
Who are they trying to put in place and how do they expect that person to be able to give us their oil without losing the support of Venezuelans?
