Eagles vs Cowboys, Battle on the Lines: The Eagles had the advantage on both lines prior to the massive trade that sent Micah Parsons to Green Bay. Now, with Parsons gone, the advantage is even bigger — and if the Eagles win this matchup the way they should, they should start the season 1-0. Simply put the Cowboys just don’t have many special players on either line. The weaker of the two lines for the Cowboys is the offensive line. They had one of the worst set of starting tackles in the NFL last season in Terrence Steele and Tyler Guyton. Guyton has some upside as a 1st round pick in 2024, but his rookie season was not promising and he suffered a knee injury in training camp. Steele is the weakest link on the Cowboys offensive line. Nolan Smith could have a huge start to the season as he should be lined up across from Steele most of the game. The Cowboys interior is better than the tackles, but still nothing special. Carter/Ojomo should be able to win consistently. The best player of the two lines is likely DT Osa Odighizuwa, who had the 3rd most QB hurries in the NFL last season among DTs. His 60 pressures were more than the 53 that Carter had. Odighizuwa should be the priority for the Eagles OLine. It is a concern that Dickerson is dealing with both a knee injury and back injury while Steen is a new starter, but Jurgens and a good plan from Jeff Stoutlound should help neutralize Odighizuwa. The Cowboys lack a great EDGE rusher after losing Parsons. Dante Fowler Jr. had a good 2024, but both Mailata and Johnson should be able to handle him.

Oh for sure it’s a smear campaign. But players been saying shit nobody cared because he was on our team. Luka can’t play defense so he got to go. Micah rush defense sucks so he gotta go lol. Smear.

I seen one of these content creators I can’t remember if it was Voch or who showed tape or Micah and Lawrence just doing hero ball. Didn’t give a damn about doing their assignment or role…they not a unit. Just trying to get paid and I don’t see why that will ever change.
