The entire stop looks like it was a little under 45 minutes. I don't know what the display showing military time is from, but the cop's bodycam display is showing he was stopped just before two, and was released from the cuffs about 2:40.

He put him in cuffs immediately without even telling him what he was pulling the car over for. Definitely profiling and an illegal search.

If these dudes wanted to see a Bentley up close because they can't afford on their salaries, they should have just went to the Bentley dealership and acted like they were going to buy one and lied about their job...

thats just my thinking...when driving a luxury vehicle like that..rick ross popularized driving luxury vehicles in a wifebeater, we gotta do better..lol

That's my point...they dont need a reason. My man that pulled over several years back in VA was going home from drill. I can relate because that has happened to me but I was speeding.
The guy handled the situation well; he remained calm and requested the names and badge numbers of everyone involved, as well as their supervisor. When you're a Black driver, law enforcement seeks any justification for a traffic stop... tinted windows... an air freshener dangling from your mirror... anything at all, as they aim to provoke you into reacting, which could lead to your arrest.
Seen this video the other day, there won't be any fighting this one. Everything plays in their favor.
1. A cop doesn't have to tell you what the stop was for when you expect want them to, they can tell you at the end when you're getting the ticket if they choose to, there's no law that requires them to tell you why they stopped you when you ask them.
2. They can put you in cuffs to detain you, doesn't mean you're under arrest. And the reason they'll fall back on that'll fly in court was that they detained you and placed you in the back of the car for officer safety (which is a grey area they can use whenever they want even though there's supposed to be reasonable evidence that would show that an officer's safety would be at risk for that to be a thing but the courts don't generally care too deep from what I've seen unless there were serious violations attached).
3. They got him with the tint as a valid stop. All a cop has to say is that they smelled a hint of weed coming from the vehicle to now get PC to search the car, having a dog pull up and giving a false hit is just to back their BS.
He took down all their information but again, it's not gonna go anywhere. They'll review and say the cops actions are in line with training and policing standards. Sucks but the game wasn't made to be fair. He did the right thing in how he carried himself and the encounter, no argument, no violence, no disrespect, and complied with commands. If he had done anything to make this go left, he likely would've been assaulted and arrested on more BS charges.
