Blake/Mariah is a good worker and can do excellent character work, she just needs a better opponent than that roided up, weird-looking midget Jordan Grayce.
Blake/Mariah had a bunch of street fights in AEW as well. And Jordan Grace isn't someone that is always doing brawl matches. And what does character work have to do with her doing a bunch of street fights. If anything, her character shouldn't be doing these type of matches

I only recall her having a couple of street fights in AEW. The last match against Toni and maybe one other one.
I agree she shouldn't be doing a bunch of street fight matches unless the story calls for it like her last match against Toni.
She's a good worker and can have a traditional match against anyone.
She needs a better opponent that actually has some personality (unlike Jordan Grayce) so she can show off her character more.

Rhea Ripley said she would like to see Candice LeRae get to shine more in a recent interview with

:“It’s hard to pinpoint anyone specifically, but I feel like there’s a lot, especially in the women’s division. There’s so many women that I know are so amazing at what they do, and they don’t get enough TV time or the opportunities to really show everyone what they can do. Someone that I love is Candice LeRae, and going through NXT with her and how her brain works and how she goes out there and she’s like the vet in the ring, she knows what to do and she keeps everyone calm and she’s got ideas and it’s just like I wish that someone like her would get more of an opportunity.”
