NYT: The Trump administration on Friday ordered that all construction stop on Revolution Wind, a $4 billion wind farm off the coast of Rhode Island that is already mostly built.
Matthew Giacona, the acting director of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, issued a letter on Friday to Orsted, the Danish company building the wind farm, ordering it to “halt all ongoing activities” because of unspecified issues.

Like I've been saying, it's not even like they have a rhyme or reason. Except, it would seem, to actively disrupt anything that they don't personally like.
I hate this the most, because to hear Trump speak on wind/solar power makes it clear that he is too stupid to understand the basic concept, and too ignorant to want to learn.
The only way the mid-terms will see any change (assuming they even happen) is if white people overwhelmingly change their tune and vote for common sense. Everyone else is going to be trying to cross military barricades trying to even have a chance to vote.
We will have to see. I'm not really sure what will happen.
