Social Media Star Judge Frank Caprio Dead at 88

RIP. He was a very good judge. He had a way with people. Firm, but kind.

I remember one episode where a Black woman was caught speeding with her 4-year-old daughter in the car. He had the girl come up and sit with him and hold the gavel. The girl said she wanted to be a judge. (The whole courtroom - including him - cracked up when she said that.) He had her strike the gavel and pronounce her mother guilty, but the judge let her off real easy, and he told her, "This is why you should be careful. She's a smart girl. You want to see her grow up." He was very kind to the mother.

Not familiar with him at all

The clips were honestly shocking that kind of wisdom and empathy is nonexistent today

Hope his example can live on.

RIP

He has a heart of gold and is quite funny. The stories are very relatable as we all from time to time fail to obey traffic laws.
His YouTube channel Caught in Providence is good watching if you have time to kill. Start with the highest viewed and most popular content to get a good understanding of his legacy and impact.
