On prank shows, people have to agree to release the film. The difference is that within the release, people are clearly informed it is a prank show.

If Omar said thank you for the money and ask for him to shoot more scenes wouldn’t that throw out any type of lawsuit being that he clearly ok it, signed an agreement, and spent the money he was given
Ok several weeks ago in Spanish Harlem various people were paid $500 to be extras in a Disney film that was titled some weird name.. weeks later we find out it’s actually for Spider-Man 4 can the people sue for falsely being led to believe they were shooting for another movie/series? Is it fraud cause they weren’t told it was for Spider-Man 4?
None of that would matter because Cam used the claim of a movie in order to get the signature of Gooding which is fraudulent. Remember Cam stated the movie was fake. So we are back to square one.
Did this idiot sign away his image likeness etc rights away to a fake film without reading the full contract or did the contract state it was for a film and cam just not gone release anything but use footage to embarrass Omar?
Unfortunately the answer would be no. In the court of law that contract never existed and you would be liable for damages. Also paying him makes it even worse because that shows true fraud.
