Biggs’ father, who is now running for governor, also represented the district for 14 years before winning a seat in Congress.

She's intentionally misleading so much so that it's a lie. Many ICE officers had never arrested anyone in the field. For all essential purposes, they were detention officers who shepherded people through the immigration process, they weren't out making arrests in neighborhoods. They would pick people up from other agencies. There's a reason why they're profiling home depot and gardeners, they don't have the skills and training to track down felons.
At least half of assaults on police are actually someone non-violently resisting, trying to get away but these motherfuckers have never been in a fight and can't tell the difference.
