A shooting Monday at a midtown Manhattan office building that houses the NFL offices and some of the country's top financial firms left at least five people dead, including an off-duty New York City police officer, sources told the The Associated Press.

One of my boys work in that area and is in charge of security..they had to shutdown and lock every entry way.. he hit me up and told me.. they actually had a lack of security today so they really had to put in work for everyone safety

NYC is going through a heatwave.. people trying to get in and out of the heat right now.. also this was a lil after 6pm so people were either gone for the day or still inside.. lot of things kinda went perfect for the lost of life to be minimum as it was.. if this would’ve been lunchtime and the weather been like a nice 80 degrees with no humidity it definitely would’ve been more people outside

Yeah my boy called me and told me some of the backstory.. he got on the wrong elevator which put him on the wrong floor to another company.. the dude drove for 3 days from Vegas to nyc.. dude obviously had no idea on how the building was or where to go… he left ammo in the car and I think body armor.. dude clearly didn’t think this through..he also suffered from bipolar disorder and had his medication in the car.. if you ask me sound like a dude that was mad at where he was in life , thought he should be doing better, and blamed the nfl diagnosis for his medical condition and said imma take it out on the company, but without an elaborate plan.. that bipolar didn’t help so he just went off on feelings
