You can't efficiently oppress Black people without the help of Black people. That Sambo stood there and said Mr. McNeil, did not respond to a lawful command within 21 seconds. Therefore justifying the use of force. 
It's crazy bruh! They broke out his window and then punched him in the face and when they got him out of the car they punched him in the face again. I wish this brotha woulda just gave his ID & registration to the officer and take the ticket/citation. He just young and didn't know no better.

Him asking for the statute/ law that requires him to have his headlights on at all times and then asking for a supervisor did not warrant any of what happened to him.
Citizens are within their legal rights to do both of those things as reaffirmed by the Supreme Court

I get your point, just take the violation/ disrespect so you can make it home
But after a certain point, mfkrs get tired of being treated as less than, disrespected, abused and told to take it because a cop is having a bad day and decided to take it out on a civilian.
The cop was wrong to break the window and the punches were definitely over board.....
This incident happened in February, not sure why the young man waited do long to release the video, but this is an easy settlement.
