I swear the IWC is incapable of understanding that wrestling is a business and not a sport, there's no deserve or earn, it's dollars, cents, views, clicks, engagement. That is it.
They're not going to have their biggest superstar man or woman spending time doing backstage segments with alpha academy lol

Wonder what happened with WWE and Travis Scott. He hasn’t been mentioned at all. He was looking to work a match with Cena and that doesn’t look to be happening. And he was supposed to be the celebrity for 2K25 and that’s not happening either since it got replaced by El Grande Americano

It's a W for me, I tend to hate celebrity involvement(especially in ring) and I really hated getting Travis as dlc for 2k(made the mistake of buying the bloodline edition so I get all the dlc even if I don't want it lol) definitely prefer grande Americano, if for nothing else to beat his ass.
Posting not cause I agree with everything, but to have a conversation. This guy tried to say that Rhea isn't over on the mic and I just tuned out after that! But people do feel like she is over pushed. Funny they never take into fact that a lot of their top talent is "hurt" right now. They brought Becky back to bring relevance to the women's mid title. You have to try and keep the women's tag titles busy otherwise they just forget all about them. I think Rhea is put in an unfair position as she has put the RAW women's title on her back and has been running. Yes it is A LOT, but she can't help who is hurt and who isn't. Folks wanted these extra belts, you got them, but this thins out women and the programs they can be apart of. Hence why you have Naomi on RAW now.
Rhea has a massive following from people who don't even watch wrestling. WWE will do everything they can to exploit the horniness and get new eyes on the product.
Nobody is saying its charity, but you losing back to back to back to back title matches....so fuck anybody else when this is supposed to be the place with the best women's division?

Between all the backlash from him giving Cody a legit black eye, his WrestleMania appearance where he took forever to get down to the ring with no Rock involved, and then probably seeing that he was terrible in the ring during training with Booker T, they probably just decided to scrap the whole Travis Scott involvement and move on.
Bro, this ain't UFC or boxing where wins and losses actually matter and you only get so many title shots.
The wrestlers who are over with the fans, sell merch, sell tickets, attract viewers are the ones who get title shots.
Like I said, they don't just give out title shots because the IWC decided to get behind a 'Flavor-of the-Month' wrestler and feel like they "deserve it".
I actually agree a bit with Rhea and her mic skills being average at best, but she's so over right now it almost doesn't even matter.
All she needs to say is some variation of "Mami is always on top", etc. and she's got the crowd in her hands.
I've been watching wrestling since 1984, I am acutely aware of what it is and what it isn't. But it's that thing of "we have the best women's division in the world" enough to put on an entire event featuring them, but also, Im going to keep putting the same woman in title matches over and over. The issue is have, is I don't want to get sick of Rhea due to over exposure like they did with Charlotte, that's it, that's my gripe, I never used the word deserve, yet it keeps coming up in these responses. Keep Rhea special, and over saturation is going effect that. But by all means continue....
Rhea is far from being overexposed and will not encounter any backlash like Charlotte.
A lot of the Charlotte hate (which I have never quite understood) has to do with her looks honestly and people thinking she's a "nepo-baby".
Rhea (assuming she never goes out and gets a bunch of plastic surgery) will never have to deal with that.

If bron is as over as much as Rhea then yes, and yeah you're right I'm obviously talking shit and over exaggerating when I mentioned backstage segments with the new day and alpha academy lol but what I'm getting at is there's a reason rhea will stay in the title picture and it's the same why guys like Hogan and Brock and Roman do, she's a star.
And then they overexpose her and fans boo her then even better, flip her heel where she really thrives and keep her in the title picture even more to piss people off and give new faces someone to fight.
I don't have an issue with Rhea being in the title picture, the way they are going about it right now is my issue. To keep losing title matches and keep getting title shots. Over is over, and Rhea is over to the point where she doesn't need a title, and it doesn't hurt her to not be in a title match. I know that's your future ex wife, but C'monSON....
