They did their thing on that track, they tried to hide it after Pac died but it was on the album.
They didn't promote it as a Pac diss because it'd be in poor taste.

No doubt
But Prodigy notoriously went at a lot of people (read his book) before he passed much like Pac knowing it wasn't true.
They were both very very emotional and didn't appreciate the amount of damage they could cause and the full ramifications.
We're talking about only Pac and Prodigy, though.
That's like we saying "Black Lives Matter" and White folks then saying "All Lives Matter." We have to stay on the point and the subject, bruh.
