When I did a quick look into it I read that you can be found guilty even if the person wanted/asked for it and you provided it.

I don't think they've ever added rape as a charge but it's been alleged multiple times in this trial by Cassie and his assistant.

They discussed multiple instances where Puff used fear and threats to get her to participate. One for example is when she had stopped fucking with him and he threatened to release a tape of her in a previous freak off unless he received $20,000 for money he'd already spent on her.

She had to seek her parents help with this and as a result they took out a mortgage on their home in that amount and sent it to Bad Boy. I believe the money was eventually returned a week or two later when she had begun fucking with him again but at that point the crime had occurred.

If she'd gone to the Feds at that point he would have been facing serious time off that alone.

I watched a video breaking this down this morning and the person said they believe he's been found guilty of two of the five charges which would automatically prove the RICO.

But he feels there may be some jurors who, like many of us, believe he's guilty but don't think these charges or this case justifies a RICO charge and the sentencing that comes with it.

I believe both counts for the Mann Act Charges were proven since it only requires him to pay a prostitute for sex and cross state lines which happened with both women.
