Apparently Puff isn't facing distribution as a direct charge.
From what I read the RICO (charge 1) includes the drugs and other shit.
Charges 2 - 5 after 2 counts of the Mann Act (one for Cassie and one for "Jane") and 2 counts of sex trafficking (again one for each woman.)
As much as I don't like it as a law I think The Mann Act was proven since they only needed to prove that prostitutes were paid to cross state lines to engage on sex which was proven for both.
The other charges I'm not so sure.

Many people charged with sex offenses aren't eligible for First Step credits. Not saying he isn't, but it's a possibility he isn't eligible.
That was my first thought as well but from what I've read it doesn't appear it makes him ineligible.

I feel the same way about r.kelly, there was a lot of people involved and he didn't do all this by himself either. Yes, he deserves to do some time but not to the point he's serving decades in jail that he could die in there or when he gets released he won't have much time to live.
But people want to give diddy a pass saying he should be free or get less time especially when they showed all the evidence of what he did in court and on social media. So, therefore Diddy needs to serve time for the crimes he did. He shouldn't be the exception because he's a celebrity with money.
Also, I agree with the judges who love to throw these rico charges out there when they want to convict someone because you never hear that shit being thrown at CACs who do far worst crimes.
