If they had found him not guilty of the other 4 counts then the 1st count (RICO) would be off the table.
They're currently dead locked on RICO so it depends on if the jury is sent back on that charge or if they accept the other 4 charges being unanimous.
But with his charges and the Federal system having strict sentencing mandates I doubt he gets time served.
I know one thing.

I don't know if it's technically hung if 4 out of 5 charges were agreed on.
As far as a retrial that's happening no matter what if Puff is convicted on anything.
I'm pretty sure he's going to be found guilty of distribution which is one charge they requested clarification on.
When I did a quick look into it I read that you can be found guilty even if the person wanted/asked for it and you provided it.
It doesn't have to be sold or even forced on someone to get a conviction.

The judge is making them come back tomorrow to keep deliberating in the RICO charges.

I don't think he's innocent but based on these charges life would be rough but I think he's only getting life if he's found guilty of RICO.
But here's the thing: based in the First Step Act for prisoners over 50 in the federal system he would only have to serve half if his time and that's before good time gets added.
So, unless it's life without parole which I doubt, he would essentially only serve a little over 40 percent of his time.
He'll be old as shit regardless when he gets out.

Apparently Puff isn't facing distribution as a direct charge.
From what I read the RICO (charge 1) includes the drugs and other shit.
Charges 2 - 5 after 2 counts of the Mann Act (one for Cassie and one for "Jane") and 2 counts of sex trafficking (again one for each woman.)
As much as I don't like it as a law I think The Mann Act was proven since they only needed to prove that prostitutes were paid to cross state lines to engage on sex which was proven for both.
The other charges I'm not so sure.
What’s even crazier is if his daughters mother Gina had actually shown up as victim 3 to testify he'd be facing those counts fie 3 women.
