He also disputed arson and kidnapping claims made by the prosecution and insisted that Diddy paying for footage of the Cassie assault was done to prevent bad publicity and not to obstruct justice.Agnifilo also brought up the government's failure to indict any other co-conspirator or put anyone from Diddy's inner circle on the stand, including Kristina Khorram, Combs’ ex-chief of staff, who was mentioned multiple times throughout the trial."He is not a racketeer … he sits there innocent," Agnifilo said. "Return him to his family who have been waiting for him."The jury will begin deliberating on Monday (June 30). Judge Arun Subramanian is hoping to have things wrapped up by the July 4th holiday.
